Haiku-13

I want to fly,
the sky wants me,
but earth has me by feet

Haiku-12

As a boy so afraid of the dark
but now in the dark with her
so afraid of being a boy

Haiku-11

dead log floating,
saw ex gal friend photo,
time stoodstill

Haiku-10

The tree drops the leaves,
incoming fire of rain,
one minute bliss

Haiku-9-Night Sky

Diamond filled velvet night sky, one moon to light up them all, dreamers make your wishes now

Haiku-8-Moon

The lonely moon is out
High in the sky, it shines down
Moonlight light my path

poem-growing distance

Is this "the forbidden thing",
which you said would never invade
into our lives so calm?
Well, now it is of no use to argue on a case,
already lost!
It is, my love, as good as hope, hope against hope.
Oh! yes I do feel the winds, ever so light,
greeting me with delight...
I do feel the warm sun beaming down on my face,
I do feel the birds playing,
chirping in their puzzling yet adorable ways,
My love, I do feel everything, alright...
But with all these wonderful things I do also feel our hearts, which now...are miles apart

poem

She said,
Observe how the wounds heal in time,
how the skin slowly knits
and once more becomes whole.
The cut will mend .

I Said,
Although the wound heals and appears cured,
It is not the same
There is always a scar
A permanent reminder

poem-reborn

Some say love..
it is a river that drowns the tender reed
Some say love...
it is razor that leaves your soul to bleed
Some say love...
It is hunger , an endless aching need
I say love..
it is a flower and you its only seed
It is a heart afraid of breaking
It is a dream afraid of waking
And the soul afraid of dying .
When the night has been too lonely
and the road has been too long
and you think love is only
for the lucky and the strong
Just remember
In the winter
far beneath the bitter snows
lies the seed
that with the sun's love
in the spring
becomes the Rose..
